Where is my package?
We ship every package with tracking so that customers can track their own packages. You can find your tracking information in your order history information. It will be emailed to you once the item ships and you'll be able to check depending on which method of shipping you choose.
Can I place an offline order?
Unfortunately at this time we can only do orders through this site.
What's the warranty on your products?
All Salute gadget products have a 120-day warranty against defects. This warranty does not apply if the product was abused, damaged from normal wear and tear or from installation error. We do make special exceptions on a case-by-case basis as well.
Why was my order cancelled?
While we try and fulfill all orders we reserve the right to cancel any order made before it's charged or shipped. These reasons may include:

- - lack of stock
- - issues with payment processing
